Extremely rude staff! Always long queues and very poor customer service. The woman who served me behind the counter should be ashamed of herself for the way she treated me. I certainly will not be using this post office again. I would recommend using the post office in Tudor Drive, the staff there are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble!

My wife exchangeed pounds into Euros the sum received doesn't match the web site. Awaiting response from the post office. Not happy to be honest. There was a 20 euro difference so doesn't seem right.
Visited the Post Office on 03.04.2018 to send two prepaid parcels. When asked the contents of the items, i gave an exact description... before i could even finish my sentence the guy behind the window starting yelling at me about prosecution / criminal investigations if i were to be caught lying. I had no reason to lie and had clearly explained what was in the parcel (mobile phone) - in front of a queue full of people, this was very embarrassing. I understand he has to clarify contents before sending, but there was no need to be rude.This is not the first time the staff in this Post Office have been rude and aggressive towards me.
I pass a post office to get to this one - great staff, superb service. Really helpful if you don't know what services and costs are available for a particular item. Thoroughly recommend them.
