Extreamly good service in a locally run jewellers! Brought many gorgeous secondhand and new pieces in here and never had any issues! My mum had a bracelet made smaller and the extra pieces made into earrings and a pendant! Such amazing work and reasonable prices!
Brilliant service, resized an engagement ring that had been shipped from the US. Identified an issue with the piece and fixed it really quickly, staff are friendly and professional!
This is one of the nicest jewellers I have ever been too! All the staff are so lovely and always have such a big smile on their face when you enter the store. They are available to help you whatever you need help with, they always offer the best amount of help and advice regarding a piece of jewellery weather it being something you want to buy in the store of something that has been past down generations in family. I would recommend this Jewellers 100% and I wish them all the luck in the future!
I was quoted for some work on a piece of jewellery and was not told that the price didn't include VAT. The final cost for the repair was a third more than I was expecting, and actually more than the original value of the piece. Had I known this, I would have strongly reconsidered having the work done, or had it requoted elsewhere. As it happens, I was not informed until my mother went into store and collected the item for me. When I called to complain about the misquote and inflated price, I was belittled and spoken to very rudely indeed, and eventually hung up on by the assistant. I'll be going to Taylor and Witlock in Crowthorne before I go to Yateley Jewellers again. I also find it odd that the only other (5 star) review comes from the manager/owner himself. Perhaps he receives great service from his staff, but I certainly didn't.
