Not impressed by help at this surgery. Struggle to get appointments and usually have to wait 2 weeks for one; not useful if you need to see a doctor soon. Arranged to have a telephone consultation but never had the call, even though I'd checked up at least twice (when it was WAY past the scheduled time for it) & was told that I was definitely still on the list, but doctor was busy at the moment & would definitely phone me. I'm still waiting and it's a long weekend.
