Thank you so much Yateley MOT! Very helpful from start to finish. My vehicle had a flat tyre, I could not remove wheel nuts. Called Yateley MOT (who Ive used before for my vehicle) as I was at a petrol station nearby and explained my situation. Kevin who answered phone was very polite and helpful. Then Ross came to my assistance and within 10 minutes of my distress call. He too was a very polite and friendly chap and removed and replaced my flat tyre within no time at all and he even helped pack all the bits and pieces back in my boot! Now thats what I call good service and staff!
I had the best customer service you could receive today. Took my car to these guys for a service and sadly it failed on a tyre. Melissa called another garage for me to get to and went there got my tyre done and came back for a free re test. These guys waited for me past opening hours and did a re test past their home time and into their own personal time. I can't thank Emma, Melissa and team enough! See you soon for my service.
We have had an unfortunate week for tyres in our household, we required two new tyres urgently for my husbands work van and then realised we had a slow puncture on my car. The service we received has been amazing, Ross managed to sort all the tyres so quickly and professionally at a really reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this garage and will be using their services again (but hopefully not too soon). Thanks again the Phipps family.
Massive shout out to the team at Yateley MOT! I broke down and the RAC quoted three hours at least to come and get me home. The Yateley MOT guys came out, jump started the car and then followed me back. The car is now with them so they can investigate, and fix, the fault. Once again these guys have showed me that they will go above and beyond what you'd expect from a garage.
